Starting Pay $12 an hour

Our Cast Members work very hard to create a magical experience for each and every guest that walks through the doors to the North Pole and we appreciate that so much. So we have decided to increase the pay rate of all our cast members for the 2018 season. This season all cast pay rates will begin at $12/hour with some roles going up from there.
