Hello Elves!
We hope this message finds you well, and that you have had a great start to the school year. We appreciate your patience as we have been waiting to get more information about what our operations will look like this Christmas season. We have worked diligently to research and deploy state-of-the-art, medical grade cleaning and disinfection systems for the experience with the focus on not affecting the guest experience. Unfortunately, a determination had to be made now due to operational obstacles resulting from continuously evolving health and safety guidelines related to indoor entertainment operations. These current conditions will make 2020 operations difficult to predict, much less operate. With the best interest of our cast members, guest experience, safety and reliability in mind, we have made the difficult decision to suspend sales and postpone the 2020 season. We recognize that the North Pole has become a second home for many of you who share your passion for our mission each holiday season. Yes, this Christmas will undoubtedly be different, and while we may not be able to invite guests to the Workshop, there are still many opportunities for us to bring happiness, hope, and joy to others. Currently, we are exploring community out-reach events to keep Santa’s sacred motto, “It is More Blessed to Give than to Receive”, alive this Christmas season. We invite you to participate with us through some special events so we can practice giving and spreading the joy of Christmas to others. Stay tuned for more information on how you can take part. Thank you for everything you have done for our Mission and our guests throughout the years. While we don’t know when the pandemic will be behind us, we hope to welcome back Cast Members for a great season in 2021. The North Pole Experience Family
