Announcing Synchronicity Live 2018

The 2018 season is receiving a HUGE upgrade to the orientation experience. We have designed an all new training session called Synchronicity Live. Synchronicity Live is an in-person, large-group learning environment that will focus on topics from the Start, Service, and Story training paths that each Cast Member will complete prior to the start of the season.

Synchronicity live will incorporate various different activities and games to practice key concepts while demonstrating one of our core values, FUN! During Synchronicity live you will get to know your fellow cast members, have the chance to earn prizes, and get to spend some time with a very special guest! This fun and engaging training will help all Cast Members realize the importance of guest service, while they become in sync with how we do things at the North Pole Experience.

All cast members will attend one of our four Synchronicity Live sessions:   

1. Saturday October 27th 8:00 am-12:00 pm     
2. Saturday October 27th 1:00 pm-5:00 pm
3. Sunday October 28th 8:00 am-12:00 pm  
4. Sunday October 28th 1:00 pm-5:00 pm
