Auditions for Performers
After a successful interview, those applying for the Performance Team will be scheduled for an in-person audition.

October 2 |
Onboarding BeginsCast Members will begin to receive their Official Cast Member Offer Letter and can begin the digital onboarding process.

October 9 |
Online Training BeginsCast Members will begin their online training with North Pole University.

October 21
|
In-Person OrientationCast Members will attend one of our in-person orientation sessions called "Synchronicity Live".

November 4 & 5 |
Costuming & On-the-job TrainingCast Members will get an in person tutorial on uniforms and begin their on-the-job training. Schedules will vary based on team.

November 16 |
Live Practice RunCast Members will have an opportunity to practice their roles with specially invited guests.
|
November 17 |
First Day of 2023 SeasonFirst day The North Pole Experience will be officially open.
