Pre-Shift Meetings Every Day for Every Shift!

This year we want each and every Cast Member to feel in the loop, appreciated, and set up for success every time they come to work. So everyday before each shift once all cast members are dressed and ready for their shift we will all sit down and go over the following information:​

• Elf of the Day (Kudos to a special elf that exceeded either a guest’s, manager’s, or other cast member’s expectations)
• ​Net Promoter Score (an index ranging from -100 to 100 that measures the willingness of our guests to recommend our experience to others. It is used for gauging the guest’s overall satisfaction with the experience and the guest’s loyalty to the brand.)
  • Specifically we will be highlighting feedback from guest both positive and negative
• Communicate When your Break Time(s) are Estimated to be.
• Any other Special Announcements, Reminders, or Information
• Wrap Up from Santa
  • Santa will read some of the notes he received recently that point to why we do what we do.
• Questions? Concerns? to conclude the meeting
