​New Shifts

One of the biggest factors we heard over and over is how physically demanding a long shift can be, especially if you worked a double on a “full” day! 

With the introduction of Deputy, we have so much more flexibility when it comes to scheduling. The biggest change will be on our “full” days where we operate for 14+ hours in a day. Last season, we split this day into two shifts, this season it will be broken into three shifts. 

Could you still work a double on a full day. Technically, yes, but you now can build in a five to six hour break in between shifts to help you recover and recharge.
