​Deputy - Our New Scheduling App

This year we are introducing a new cloud-based Scheduling solution called Deputy!

Over and over, we heard the Ready, Set, Work scheduling app was not user friendly. If we’re being honest, the scheduling side of things was a big hassle for us as well. Introducing Deputy, the new scheduling app for the North Pole Experience. Our #1 requirement was usability for Cast Members which led us (after extensive research) to Deputy. Here are some of its key features.

Can you block out dates you're not available to work? - YES

Can you set preferences on which shifts you prefer to work? -YES

Can you swap shifts with someone else without checking in with manager? -YES

That just the beginning, Deputy is going to be a new powerful partner with NPX!
