​Training… Rehearsals, Live Practice Runs and Cast Development Days

Another area we received a lot a feedback was on the topic of training Cast Members. We heard you loud and clear and we have implemented a new training structure for this season.

Rehearsals - On November 10, 11, and 12, 2017, we will have rehearsals for all cast members to learn their initial roles. You will be teamed up with a Coach to teach you everything you need to know for your initial roles. 

Live Practice Runs - On November 16, 2017, (one day before we open on Nov 17) we will have Practice Runs with some invited guests from the Flagstaff community. This will allow these guests to learn more about NPX and at the same time allow our Cast Members to get some much needed practice before opening day. 

Cast Development Days - On November 20th, 27th, and December 12th Cast Members will have the opportunity to learn additional roles and build up their end-of-season bonus. These are non-operating days for NPX and everyone who attends will be paid for their time.

Lessonly (New in 2018) - Starting next season, we will be introducing cloud-based training via Lessonly. We will be filming exceptional Cast Members at the end of this season to help us build our training lessons. Lessonly will be the real Elf University!
