Important Dates For Cast Members

In-Person Group Interviews
After group interviews, those applying for the Performance Team will stay for a Performance audition.

On-Boarding Begins
Cast Members will begin to receive their Official Cast Member Offer Letter and can begin the digital onboarding process.

Foundations Training Begins
Cast Members will begin their online training.

Connections Event
Cast Members will attend one of our In Person Connections Events called "Synchronicity Live".

Departments Training
Beginning of on-the-job training that will take place in November.
Cast Members will get an in person tutorial on uniforms. Schedules will vary based on team.
Cast Members will be required to attend one session.
November 19
Live Practice Run
Cast Members will have an opportunity to practice their roles with specially invited guests.
November 20
First Day of 2026 Season
First day The North Pole Experience will be officially open.
December 24
Last Day of 2026 Season
