Cast Member Types

One of our key goals this upcoming season is to get Cast Members into positions that match their personality, gifts, and talents where they can truly succeed! Every position is now grouped into one of three categories. 

Performance - These roles are typically performed before a group of guests and typically require some form of acting (improv, public speaking, drama), singing or dancing.

Engagement - These roles are more geared for one-on-one interaction with a specific guest (child, parent, etc), family or small group of people.

Operations - These roles have some but are typically limited on guest interaction, however, are critical to the success to the overall guest experience.


By grouping roles cast members will now be able to train on multiple roles with the same grouping!
