Since May, we have been connecting with and listening to cast members on what we can do to improve. Your feedback has been invaluable! We have learned some new things and you confirmed what we felt like were areas we needed to improve. Specifically, we have made improvements in the following areas.
#1 Organizational Structure - This was the number one topic by far! We have dramatically improved in this area, there is now a clear reporting structure and every single position has been clearly defined with specific roles and responsibilities.
#2 Scheduling - This year we are introducing a new shift structure and a brand new scheduling app!
#3 Auditions - We have completely redesigned our audition process. First, it will be much faster! Second, it will help ensure that we match you up with a cast position where you can succeed!
#4 Recruiting - We have significantly ramped up our recruiting efforts. In fact, we have nearly doubled the number of potential cast members compared to this same point last year!
#5 Onboarding - Remember all the paperwork you had to fax or email in to get hired? What a hassle! Not this year, our onboarding process is 100% digital! You can complete all your paperwork and even sign it digitally on any mobile device or computer.
#6 Training - First, we revamped our “boring” Orientation Training. We will still get through everything but this year it will be fun! Second, we have dramatically improved and increased the amount of training.
